職務内容	Job Description You will lead the development of generative AI technologies.Beyond GPT-based prompt engineering, you will assess what is possible and impossible in areas such as image and voice recognition, as well as general AI （NN and Classifier）, and handle the actual implementation. ・Lead the development of generative AI technologies ・Manage the overall progress of projects and lead the team to advance the development of generative AI technologies ・Investigate the latest research papers and design new models and structural transformations based on existing AI models ・Implement developed models and apply acceleration techniques to optimize performance ・Provide AI solutions tailored to customer needs and apply them to real business challenges ・Verify results using actual customer data and real environments, and improve models ・Conduct research and evaluation of new AI technologies and promote their introduction as needed
