職務内容	You will lead the development of generative AI technologies. Beyond GPT-based prompt engineering, you will assess what is possible and impossible in areas such as image and voice recognition, as well as general AI （NN and Classifier）, and handle the actual implementation. Lead the development of generative AI technologies Manage the overall progress of projects and lead the team to advance the development of generative AI technologies Conduct research and model construction Investigate the latest research papers and design new models and structural transformations based on existing AI models Development implementation and acceleration Implement developed models and apply acceleration techniques to optimize performance Solution delivery Provide AI solutions tailored to customer needs and apply them to real business challenges Result verification and improvement Verify results using actual customer data and real environments, and improve models
